This weeks project
Kenzi has been asking me forever to make her a superman cape so I finally did. I am definitely not a very good seamstress but I am learning and that's what counts. I even managed to make her a dress up outfit out of the remaining scrap material and with no pattern. As you can tell I'm a little bit proud of myself. Right now I'm thinking about Halloween costumes so that will probably be my next project. The idea is to have Kade and Kenzi be Thing 1 and Thing 2 from the cat and the hat. We will see how that turns out. Anyways we have a really busy weekend ahead of us so I will keep you poste

Very cute. You're being such a good homemaker right now. I'm drowning right now with having to take care of four kids (two of them babies). I hardly have time to breath let alone be crafty. Get all your craftiness out before you have number three.
Looks great to me. I'm also no expert on sewing. I have a friend in the ward here who seems to enjoy sewing and makes all types of things, but it's beyond my understanding. Anyway, she's adorable and so funny to ask you to make her a cap. Kids!?
