Exercise Update
My exercising habits are not exactly what I stated I was going to do, but I have been exercising at least 4 times a week. I had two friends join the gym where I go and they have kept me more consistent. We have done everything from cycling to strength training and Yoga. Different activities are great for me because I get bored easily. For instance the running everyday was making me bored silly. Havent really lost that much weight yet but I have toned up and I feel better about myself and I think I am a better mother from all those endorphines.

WOW good job! I stepped on the scale last month and found that sometime between all the holidays I'd gained 7 lbs! OUCH! YUCK! SO FRUSTRATING! I kind of felt the expansion in clothes but didn't expect SEVEN POUNDS WORTH! So terrible. Anyway, I'm back to 4 days a week exercising and our neighborhood has started up a two-day a week exercise group at the church so that's helping mix it up for me too because like you I too get bored! I bet the inches/pounds will start falling soon. I've heard there is like an eight-week period of waiting before change--so hard to wait to see the change, but I'm trying to be patient. :)
