Last night Seth and I had our Whitezican Fiesta so named because it was white people trying to make Mexican food. We invited 5 couples and had a good time eating and chatting. I never realized how long it took to make tamales, I cooked the meat the day before which took about 4 hours and then we started making them at 11 a.m. yesterday and finished by 6 p.m. that evening. We also had an extensive menu of Mexican rice, beans, mole sauce, pico de gallo, and tostadas. I must say that for my first attempt at making Mexican food it turned out really good!

WOW that's impressive. How amazing!
Holy cow you really are becoming domestic! I hate to say this, and it's incredibly embarassing to admit, but I slacked off so much and was lazy about dinner last night.... we dined on macaroni and cheese... and not even the real kind... the generic walmart brand.
