Update
Its been awhile since I have blogged so I thought maybe Id do a little update on whats been going on. Seth and I have both been pretty busy. Friday Seth took the day off of work and we ran errands. We stopped at so many places that Kade finally fell asleep in the shopping cart at JoAnns Fabrics. JoAnns was having a 50% off sale on quilting fabrics so Seth and I stocked up and are planning on making a decorative quilt and also a little girls quilt. Wonder of wonders Seth likes to make quilts with me so it is a rewarding activity that we can do together. I'm sure the quilting will keep us busy for quit some time. Saturday night Seth and I had another Whitzican Feista and invited 6 other couples. It was a mad house needless to say with 6 little boys running around. I'm glad I have never had multiples!!! They food was good and we enjoyed being able to connect with other couples our age. This week is shaping up to be a busy one also. I had made plans to go to the gym this morning but Kade woke up with a fever so that plans been axed. Tuesday and Wednesday nights Seth and I go to the gym do a class and then enjoy a couple games of Volleyball. We love our gym and enjoy all sorts of activities from rock wall climbing to swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. Other than the things mentioned above our life hasn't had anything interesting enough happen to mention. Hope everyone else is doing great!

Christmas Day

Christmas was a very quiet enjoyable experience this year. We slept in till 9 which was enjoyable in itself and then we proceeded to open gifts. Kade was overjoyed to find Thomas the train as one of his presents and hasn't stopped playing with it since. Thomas has made his way to a number of places including the bath tub so I'm surprised that its still going strong. Thanks to those people who actually made a toy that doesn't break in a couple of minutes. Kenzi asked for a Barbie for Christmas but I haven't seen her play with it more than a couple of minutes. Maybe I need to build her a doll house like Ruby did for her girls. After opening presents I got to work on preparing a traditional Christmas meal made up of ham and funeral potatoes among other things. It was really good and we feel so blessed to be able to have these luxuries when so many people dont. Hope everyone else had a great Christmas!
