So, Saturday June 14th was our 6 year anniversary and guess who forgot!!! Last night I took a look at the calendar and asked Seth if he realized what day it was and it finally dawned on him that we had missed our anniversary. Where has the romance gone? Unfortunately my husband has lost his way along the path of wooing his woman. The first couple of years he was pretty good, I would find a letter on my pillow or he would bring me a flower, but now nothing, we are lucky if we get to go on a date alone! To those other husbands who read this blog a woman always needs to be wooed!!! It makes her feel special and appreciated. Yes, life does get busy and hectic but we should always find time to nurture our marriage. It doesn't have to cost a single cent a short little love letter will do.

We did the same thing this year. I remembered about it two days after. Our anniversary was on a Sunday this year though. We had nothing planned, we were busy with church, and we were a few weeks away from having a baby. Next year should be better.
Wow, 6 years huh? And already forgetting? Our 5th is coming up in August, hopefully when our 6th comes around we remember it!!
